Founded to create an opportunity for adults with intellectual disabilities through meaningful employment, 321 Coffee employs 20+ adults with IDD. Each barista radiates joy and positivity - acting as the main inspiration behind the brand. With Down’s Syndrome being the third copy of the 21st chromosome, we pulled inspiration from DNA mapping to create a look on the rise.
